Where we deliver

We deliver across the United Kingdom. If you would like delivery elsewhere, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Delivery is free on all UK orders over £15, including our 3-pack and 5-pack bundles.

We do not add handling fees, service charges or any other mandatory charges on top of the prices shown. The price you see is the price you pay, plus any delivery charge shown before you confirm your order.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, UK delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, though this can occasionally be longer during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Tracking your order

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a further email when it is dispatched.

Problems with delivery

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please contact us at markbuddha@googlemail.com with your order number and we will put it right.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout, though we will always try to help.
