Placing an order
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there has been a pricing error, or if we are unable to deliver to your address.
Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. The price shown is the total price for the goods. We do not add mandatory handling fees, service charges or other compulsory costs at checkout. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown clearly before you confirm and pay for your order.
We take care to price accurately. If we discover an obvious pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.
Products
We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but slight variations can occur between screens and the physical product.
Our lip balms and oral care accessories are cosmetic and personal care products, not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a persistent problem with your lips or mouth, or a known allergy, please speak to a pharmacist or doctor. Always check the ingredients before use if you have sensitivities.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. If we cannot supply an item after you have paid, we will let you know and refund you in full.
Cancellations and returns
Your right to cancel, and the hygiene exception that applies to sealed lip care and oral care products once opened, are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights in respect of goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the price you paid for the goods.
Use of this website
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, and not to copy, reproduce or exploit any part of it for commercial purposes without our written permission. All content on this site remains our property or that of our licensors.
Events beyond our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as postal disruption, extreme weather, or supplier failure. We will let you know and work with you to minimise any delay.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction. Nothing here removes any legal protection you have under the law of your country of residence.
